“Too” Has a Blast as “Jee” and “Benjamin” Join the “Buranaphon” Gang in “4 Kings II” for Fierce Action and Intense Drama

One of the fierce gang leaders who shot to fame in the role of “Ek Buranaphon”, ever since “4 Kings,” the latest news is that stylish young actor Too–Sirat Intarachot builds on that success once again, returning to reprise the role in the big-budget film “4 Kings II”, the latest work from “Neramitnung Film” together with “Shinesaeng Ad.Venture,” directed by Phut–Phutthiphong Nakthong. Too–Sirat reveals that working on this film has been fun, with more action scenes and fiercer fights than before.

Too–Sirat said, “The role of 'Ek Buranaphon' that I play doesn't really involve a big change from before — I've grown together with the character, because there are events that make him learn about life. For me, performing in 4 Kings II has been more fun than the first film. I believe that if we enjoy the work more, the film should turn out more enjoyable too. I've got Jee–Sutthirak Sapwijit and Benjamin Joseph Varney joining the 'Buranaphon' gang with me, and it feels like a really good fit, with more action scenes as well. But honestly, I worry a lot about safety — we'd never encountered this kind of thing before, and sometimes I'd be afraid of messing up. Especially when a fight-scene take dragged on into an actual brawl, I'd get so worked up beforehand that I'd end up flustered. I was excited mixed with scared. Once the crew called action, 'the show must go on' — I just focused on doing our job well, so I honestly can't remember everything I did (laughs). But the director, Phut, told me it was good, and I was like, 'Oh, really?' If you asked me to do it exactly the same way again now, I don't know if I could.”

“As for working with the director, Phut–Phutthiphong, on 4 Kings II, I feel like the work has become more enjoyable, because everyone has gained more experience. For the fight scenes, for example, there's a much better way of managing large groups of people now — Phut and the crew have gotten better at it too.

In the crew, we really understand each other. Am I under pressure? Because 4 Kings was so successful — honestly, I don't feel that much pressure. I trust Phut. During 4 Kings, I worried about a lot of things — how it would turn out once filming wrapped, since I didn't fully understand some of the direction at the time. But once the film came out, the scenes I wasn't confident about turned out better than I'd expected — it really was the director's vision. So coming into 4 Kings II, I trust that he can pull it off well. As for the appeal of 4 Kings II, I think it's intense in both drama and action. It may resolve a lot of things audiences were left wondering about from the first film — what this character did in 4 Kings, and what happened after that. Some parts of 4 Kings II may serve as a conclusion to 4 Kings too,” said Too–Sirat.
