
Neramitnung Film Lands Festival Title MORRISON from the Director of Manta Ray, Opening 11 April
Neramitnung Film and Shinesaeng Ad.Venture invite audiences on a journey to search for something life has lost, in the film MORRISON, honored with a selection to screen at the 28th Busan International Film Festival. It is the latest work from Puttipong Aroonpheng, director of Manta Ray (2018), winner of the Orizzonti Award from the Venice International Film Festival, 75th edition
Jimmy (Hugo Chakrabongse), a former Thai-American singer turned engineer, returns to his hometown in Thailand's northeastern region to restore the “Paradise Hotel,” once a luxurious hotel now fallen into decay, reflecting scars still lingering from the era when American GIs were stationed in the country during the Vietnam War. As Jimmy explores the hotel, he journeys into dreams and imagination that lead him back to memories of his family.
Starring Hugo Chakrabongse, Kitty Chicha Amatayakul, Joe Cummings, and Sahatchai Chumrum, MORRISON is set to hit cinemas on 11 April.
